I've owned my Masterbuilt MES30 smoker for 3 years and always struggled with it. I smoke lots of salmon & kokanee at 170F, constantly having to remove my chip loader and use a torch to restart chip smoke. At smoking temperatures above 225F it would smoke OK, but I had to manually feed chips every 20 minutes and sometimes restart chips with the torch. I've attempted several variations of chip soaking, but always had to babysit and fiddle with my MES30 during smoking. I purchased one & used the AMNPS yesterday to smoke a beer-butt-chicken. My first AMNPS smoke was simply the best smoking experience since I purchased my MES30. I was actually able to make a trip to the grocery store with confidence the AMNPS would keep doing it's job. I plan on using my smoker much more now. In fact I'm smoking more fish as I write this and am not having to tend my MES30 at all. The AMNPS is an excellent solution and a must have for any Masterbuilt smoker owner.

I have only used it once and was pleased the first time of use, 7lb bone in pork shoulder roast. Next will be cheese and anything else afterwards.

Pellet smoker arrived on Friday and used it to smoke cheese on Sunday. The product worked exactly as promised, producing a thin blue smoke. Smoked cheese for 2.5 hours now sealed while it mellows. Looking forward to a hot smoke using this smoker.

I used the pellet smoker for the first time and it worked as advertised. The cheese is smoke flavored but not bitter! I am impressed! I just ordered the new mat for my smoker so I can do small items Nuts and other things that tend to fall through the grates of my smoker.

I belong to a smoking meat forum and a lot of the guys were raving about something called an AMNPS--which I found out was the A-MAZE-N-Pellet-Smoker. They also raved about Todd's excellent customer service. I decided to purchase the pellet smoker instead of the dust smoker, and the guys were right on both counts. The AMNPS always gives me more than enough smoke and I always have pellets left over. I've hot smoked meats and cold smoked cheese and loved the results with both. With the smoker, I don't have the hassle of adding wood chips to my electric water smoker every 20-30 minutes. Just light the pellets and that's all she wrote for most smokes.
No matter which of Todd's products you chose, you'll be making the right decision. And there are major corporations and retailers who could learn from Todd's customer service skills.
